Ingredients:
Cooking Steps for Shahi Mutton Curry:
Step 1 :
Marinate mutton with yogurt, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt for 2 hrs.
Step 2 :
Heat oil, add tej patta, chopped onion and fry well.
Step 3 :
Add marinated mutton fry well, add chillies and turmeric powder then add tomato puree.
Step 4 :
Add brown onion paste, kaju paste and garam masala, decorate with coriander pudina green chilles and fried kaju

- 1 Bay Leaf
- 0.5 Cup Tomato Puree
- 0.5 Cup Yogurt
- 4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Cashew Paste
- 1 tsp Onion Paste
- Coriander Paste
- Pudina Paste
