Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid only on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the day of delivery has passed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Eligible Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines may be returned on the day of delivery, or if the order was canceled or changed before delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Items not in their original condition, or those that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not eligible for return.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank; processing time may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or of poor quality.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at support@gingerfresh.com. Our delivery team will schedule a pickup for the product.
