Milk Peda
2-3 Servings | 11 mins prep time | 20 mins cook time


Ingredients:

  • 400 gm Mithai Mate
  • 2.5 Cup Milk Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • Almond/Badam as required


Cooking Steps for Milk Peda:

Step 1 :

Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a flat non-stick pan.

Step 2 :

Add mithai mate.

Step 3 :

Add milk powder and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.

Step 4 :

Stir well on a medium flame till it separates from the pan. Add cardamom powder at the end.

Step 5 :

Grease hand with ghee, take a small portion of mix and shape it.

Step 6 :

Place badam on top.
