Ingredients:

  • 300 gm Almonds
  • 230 gm Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water


Cooking Steps for Marzipan:

Step 1 :

Boil water and 300 gms of almonds to it.

Step 2 :

Let it boil for a while.

Step 3 :

Drain the water and peel the almonds.

Step 4 :

Put them into a blender with sharp blades and turn it on until they are grainy.

Step 5 :

Add 222 gms of sugar to the mix.

Step 6 :

Add 1 teaspoon of almond extract.

Step 7 :

Add some rose water for binding.

Step 8 :

Mix good until marzipan is smooth.

Step 9 :

Make into your favourite shapes and its ready to serve.

Step 10 :

Keep them in airtight containers and do not refrigerate or else it will crystalize.
