Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup Mango Pulp
  • 0.05 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream

Cooking Steps for Mango Mousse:

Step 1 :

In a blender, add mango pulp and sugar, blend it into a paste.

Step 2 :

Set aside 1/2 cup of prepared mango puree.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, add whipping cream and beat it until it fluffs up.

Step 4 :

Then fold in the remaining mango puree, gently.

Step 5 :

Divide the 1/2 cup mango puree into 4 glasses equally and fill the glasses with the mousse.

Step 6 :

Refrigerate the mousse for an hour.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with a small dollop of mango pulp before serving.
