- 5 Cheese Cubes
- 500 gm All Purpose flour
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper as per taste
- Green Chillies as per taste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Cooking Steps For Chilli Cheese Parathas:
Make a dough with flour and oil. It should be soft and fluffy. Keep aside.
Mix grated cheese with chopped chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt and pepper to make the filling.
Make small balls from the dough and stuff them with the filling.
Roll out parathas and then cook both sides in oil.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutneys.
