2-3 Servings | 30 mins prep time | 20 mins cook time


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sooji
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 medium Capsicum Chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato Chopped
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves
  • 4 to 5 cubes of grated cheese


Cooking Steps For Sooji Uttapam:

Step 1 :

Grind sooji, maida, curd, salt and bread crumbs into grinder make a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Paste should not be much thick or it should not be too thin.

Step 3 :

Then add all the chopped vegetables in it along with coriander leaves and grated ginger chilly you can add according to your taste.

Step 4 :

Then add some salt. On a medium flame on non stick tawa put some paste on it and round it in a circular position then sprinkle some grated cheese on it.

Step 5 :

Pour some oil at the side so that it does not stick on the tawa then turn upside down.

Step 6 :

Finally when it will become crispy then remove it and sprinkle some chat masala on it. Serve hot with chutney.
