Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Ragi Malt
  • 1 a pinch of Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Curd
    

Cooking Steps For Ragi Malt Drink:

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil a cup of water and add a pinch of salt to it.


Step 2 :

Take ragi malt in a bowl, add a little milk to it and stir well.


Step 3 :

Once the water boils, mix this paste with the water.


Step 4 :

Place it on the stove for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.


Step 5 :

Transfer it to a glass, add lemon, curd or both to enhance the taste.
