- Half Beetroot
- 1 medium Carrot
- Half Inch Ginger

Step 1 :
Take half apple, half beet root, one carrot, very small piece of ginger. Make into pieces. Grind it with double quantity water.
Note:
Diabetes patients should not try due to sugar level of beet root.
