- 1 Cup Rava
- 0.25 Cup Poha
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 Cup Urad Dal
Cooking Steps For Poha Rava Idli:
Wash and soak semolina and poha for at least 2 hours and drain it well.
Separately clean, wash and soak urad dal for 2 hours.
Combine all of the three ingredients and blend well in a blender till it becomes a smooth paste.
Add salt and let it ferment for at least 8 hours.
Grease the idli moulds and pour a spoonful of in each of them.
Steam it for 10-12 minutes.
Serve it hot with sambhar and chutney.
