Cut one whole banana and place it into a blender jar. Add 2-4 tbsps of peanut butter, 3 tbsps. of honey, 1/2 tsp of coconut oil, 3/4th cup of almonds (save about 6-7 for garnish) and walnuts, 2tsps. flax seeds, 1/2 cup of cold milk, 4 pitted dates and ice cubes.
Step 2 :
Blend them for 2-3 minutes on low speed or until the ingredients seem to have broken down completely.
Step 3 :
Garnish with roasted almonds (optional). Serve Cold.
