- 750 gm Chicken Mince
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 0.05 Cup Sattu
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Cooking Steps for Chicken Tawa Kofta:
Wash the minced chicken well in water.
Add ginger garlic paste and all the masalas to the minced chicken.
Mix it well in a blender to make a paste like consistency.
Add salt and sattu to the chicken paste and mix it well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Make small balls and flatten them a little.
Heat a tawa and add oil and fry them. Chicken Tawa Kofta is ready!
