American Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  • American Sweet Corn
  • 1-2 Chillies
  • Ginger as required
  • Grated Cheese as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Corn flour as required

Cooking Steps for American Cheese Balls:

Step 1 :

Boil corns for 3 whistles in a pressure cooker, cut and take out the kernels by a knife and grind them to semi paste in a mixer.

Step 2 :

Take the mashed corn in a bowl and add all the ingredients (corn flour, cheese, salt, pepper sugar chillies ginger). Make a thick paste.

Step 3 :

Make small balls out of the mix and deep fry them in oil.

Step 4 :

Tasty and quick snack is ready in 20 minutes!

Step 5 :

Serve with mint chutney and shredded cabbage. Salad can be used for decorating the dish.
