Oats Uttapam

2-3 Servings | 15 mins prep time | 5 mins cook time




Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl Dosa Batter
  • 1 Bowl Oats Flakes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 piece of Green chillies
  • 0.5 Cup Spinach
  • 1 spring of Coriander leaves
  • 0.5 Cup Oil
  • Salt - as per taste


 

Cooking Steps for Oats Uttapam

Step 1 :

Pour some water into the oats flakes and keep it aside for softness.

Step 2 :

Cut the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and spinach.

Step 3 :

Add the soaked oats into the idli/dosa batter/flour. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, spinach and salt. Mix it well (add some water if required).

Step 4 :

On a non-stick pan, sprinkle some oil and spread oats mix batter/flour. Fry both sides till light brown.

Step 5 :

Serve this oats uttapam with chutney or potato sabji.
